Founded in 2020 by Kenny Robinson, a formerly incarcerated individual with a vision for change,  (FFM) is a dedicated 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization based in Charlotte, North Carolina. Utilizing his lived experience, Kenny established FFM to create pathways for those justice-involved, addressing the critical challenges faced during reentry into society. FFM is committed to providing comprehensive reentry services, including assistance with identifications, healthcare access, employment opportunities, and housing solutions. A significant focus of the organization is on supporting individuals experiencing homelessness who have a criminal background, helping them reintegrate into the community with dignity.

In a groundbreaking achievement, FFM became the first reentry organization in Charlotte to receive Section 8 housing vouchers, paving the way for innovative housing solutions. The organization is currently developing its inaugural housing project—a 24-unit apartment complex designed to provide safe and affordable living for those in need. Since its inception, FFM has successfully raised $10.5 million and expanded its team to nine dedicated staff members, including three master-level social workers, who are deeply committed to the mission. FFM has established itself as a credible and influential organization, receiving support from notable figures such as North Carolina Governor Roy Cooper, Congresswoman Alma Adams, Congressman Jeff Jackson, Sheriff Garry McFadden, District Attorney Spencer Merriweather, and the City of Charlotte government.
